Due to bank or payment switch issue, Razer Merchant Services is not notified or updated with the payment status and not able to query the status from the channel until receiving End-of-day (EoD) report on the next business day.
Razer Merchant Services finance will update the transaction according to the report if payment received. Hence it occurs defer update to the transaction. Razer Merchant Services offers the option for merchant to either accept/reject all defer update transactions.
